We had a leak from two sources in our furnace room, that occurred after a moderate to heavy rainfall. We hired GJ Macrae to excavate by the outside wall, repair the cracks and protect the wall with a membrane and mesh. Part of the trench had to be dug by hand, due to a gas line, and part could be done by machine. The GJ Macrae team were all very skilled and professional, and completed the job in three days. Now the trench has been refilled with the earth and gravel and it will take some time for the ground to settle. We have had a few heavy rains since the job was completed, and our basement is now completely dry! We highly recommend GJ Macrae!
